After many years of marketing, and managing my rental property, it had become just too much for us to handle. I contacted RPM Anchor and Walt answered all my questions and we set up a meeting at my rental house. He told me what I needed to do to get the most from my house then he proceeded to marketing my house. In a short few weeks he had vetted applicants and found a family that seemed to be a good fit for us. Leases were signed and the family is moving in. Thank you Walt for your most excelent help. About 6 months ago, I hired RPM Anchor to manage my property and I could not be more pleased with their service. Walt Holzman has made every effort to communicate tenant issues, offer suggestions for resolving each issue, and then follow up when the issue has been resolved. Mr. Holzman is pleasant and maintains an open line of communication even during uneventful periods when business is running smoothly. Additionally, disbursements are issued regularly and monthly statements are easy to read and understand. As someone who knows first-hand that not all property managers are created equal, I greatly appreciate the professionalism of RPM Anchor, and I look forward to doing business with them for a very long time.
