I have been renting with them for 3 years and its been a good experience. There are some good people there. They stay on top of maintenance requests like when I had a leak a few months ago. I would recommend renting with them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$159 a month per home. $0 while it's vacant. We get paid when you do. Launch fee: $495 per home. $445 each for 2 to 3 homes, $395 each for 4 or more. $150 off if you already have a remote-code smart lock. Placing a tenant: half a month's rent. Renewals: $149. Repairs: cost plus 10%. Anything over $350 needs your OK first.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick call to learn about your home. A free rent analysis with real comps. If it's a fit, a one-year agreement with 30 days' notice to cancel. Then we inspect, install a smart lock, re-key, photograph and list. Every applicant is screened. Every move-in gets a condition report. You're paid by the 10th. We check in every quarter.
