Francisco did an awesome job at my home. Not only did he make the repair I requested but quoted a last minute repair as well. He was professional, responsive and arrived when stated. I will gladly reach out to him and his team for additional services when needed.

I paid Francisco thousands of dollars in good faith—even accommodating his inconvenient demand for CASH—only to come home to a rushed, low-quality job and zero respect for my property.
Communication & Workmanship: He misread text instructions and failed to extend the deck as requested. While he apologized, he did nothing to fix the mistake. The deck posts are mismatched (some flat, some cut triangular), no handrails were added to the steps(see photo), bright orange tags were left staple-attached to almost every single board (see photo), and sharp screws are dangerously protruding through the framing (see photo).
Incomplete & Sloppy Work: He left visible gaps in the siding panels with no flashing or sealing (see photo), which risks moisture damage. He also taped off our door, leading us to believe he was going to paint it as a gesture of goodwill to make up for his previous mistake—but he left it completely unpainted and walked away.
Property Damage & Cleanup: His crew painted black gutters directly over our lawn, leaving a massive black paint stain in our grass (see photos). They left the gutters on the ground for us to rehang ourselves and left loose nails and debris scattered across the work site.
I expected professional quality and basic care for my home. Instead, I paid top dollar for unfinished work, safety hazards, property damage, and a mess to clean up. I do not recommend his services.

Thank you for your feedback. I respect your opinion, but I would like to clarify that everything agreed upon for the project was completed. There were also several additional items and changes that were not mentioned in this review.
The price I provided was very reasonable, and a large portion of the payment went directly toward materials such as paint, siding, pressure-treated wood, windows, trim, and other supplies. An entire additional deck could not be added for free.

Francisco was excellent! He was very easy to communicate with and listened to all my concerns, took before and after pictures (60+). Patched several places in the roof and checked around edge of roof to make sure there were no entry/exit points for "critters". And everything was spotless when he left. Would certainly hire him again.

Our process with new customers is to first do a free roof inspection and identify the issues, if any, . Then we go over the best options regarding future repair and/or replacement. And finally give new customers a free reasonable estimate.
