It was after 11pm at night, I had just got home from work and my condo was flooded with water due to the unit above mine. The first company I called said they couldn't come out until 8am the next morning. So I called Paramount Restoration Corey and Chris came in about 52 minutes. The ceiling had fallen, and water was pouring in. (The owner above me had a burst pipe). She had no knowledge what was going on in my unit. They contacted a plumber on their team who came out and fixed the problem for her. They used professional equipment to locate everywhere water had settled. They left about 15 drying blowers and 1 dehumidifier and came back daily to check and dump the water, they were really patient with me also; being that I'm a nurse and work 12 hour shifts they had to work around my work schedule. My condo was completely dry within 3 days. They then install a new ceiling, new laminate floors, and painted my entire apartment so that the undamaged part of the apartment paint would match the new paint. They corresponded directly with State Farm my insurance company my only expense was my $500 deductible. I am a very happy client, and will recommend them to anyone who has a water damage. Sonja M.

We had a flood in our home that destroyed kitchen cabinet and flooring. Our insurance company said they could only pay for the drying of the floors and cabinets no replacement. I was referred to Paramount Restoration by another family member who had used there services a few years prior. Corey, the owner called our insurance adjuster directly and some how got them to agree that the floors and cabinets had to be replaced. Long story short we got brand new kitchen cabinets with countertops and new ceramic tile flooring. I highly recommend this company!!!
