I charge a reasonable amount for a great quality of service to all my clients. If there is something i cant do for them we can try to work it out till find the solution.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client deserves a great service quality. I always listen to their requests and help them with the new situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I mainly learned through the experiences. And thanks to all those experiences i know photoshop, c++ programming, hardware and software, networking setup, mac software, etc.
