Milthon and his team were on time everyday. They worked all day except for lunch. They completed the job in four days. He pays attention to details which makes all the difference. They did a great job covering my furniture so nothing got paint on it. Lastly, at the end of the day they would clean up. I would definitely hire again.

Milthon and his crew did a great job on my walls and kitchen cabinets. He explained all the steps and answered any questions I had. They did a great job and were very reasonably priced. I’ve already gotten so many compliments on the cabinets. I will definitely use them again for any other painting needs in the future.

Milthon’s Painting did a fabulous job on a project that was not too easy. We needed to get rid of some hideous brown ‘70’s paneling in our family room. They provided us with a cost effective plan and were up to the challenge. It took 3 days but my family room no longer feels like I’m stuck in a cave. It is light and has an airy feel. Jodi, Milthon and their crew always arrived on time, took the time to prep the space well, worked efficiently and cleaned everything up when the job was done. I am beyond happy with the result! I’ll be sure to use them again with any more painting projects.

I had to have 2 houses painted back to back...one I was selling, the other I was moving into. I only wished I had used Milthon's Painting the first time. From the very first day of preparation he took off switch plates, covered the entire floor, wood and carpet. Filled in every little "scratch and ding" on the surface..on and on just the first day. I could go on and on but remember I am comparing Milthon's job to the first house I had painted inside and out. I can truthfully say he is a "perfectionist"....he is honest, works hard and does the job. You won't be disappointed and the job will be done RIGHT.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to see the project first before giving an estimate. We don't charge to come out and look at a job. We give quotes for labor only. We will assist you in picking the right paints and ordering.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out and meet with you, take pictures of the project, discuss paint and any minor repairs that may need to be done and a start date. I usually will contact you that evening with a quote. Normally I only quote labor with recommendations on paint and supplies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
13 years. Started as a helper and learned on the job.
