Milton and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish on my home improvement project, even though we worked remotely. Communication was excellent - Milton and Jodi arrived on time, assessed the house, and provided a quote. They also offered valuable suggestions on the best approach, discussed various options, and helped me stay within my budget.
The project included painting the entire interior, power washing the exterior, repairing a damaged deck, and various other upgrades. Milton's team coordinated seamlessly with the flooring crew, returning at a later date to paint the trim after the new flooring was installed.
Upon completion, they meticulously cleaned up all debris and removed any construction waste.

After receiving a higher quote from a different contractor with ridiculous stipulations (would only fix so many holes/blemishes, extra cost for every color, extra cost for non builder grade paint, etc.), we reached out to Milthons on thumbtack. Jodi came out quickly and provided a reasonable quote to paint our entire homes interior.
While the work was being performed, it quickly became apparent that Milthon (and his crew) were highly skilled AND genuinely nice people. They were able to finish the entire house (~2400 sqft) in one week. They protected all of our belongings (including floors/carpet) and cleaned up after themselves.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Wish you guys all the best in Savannah and will make sure to recommend you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to see the project first before giving an estimate. We don't charge to come out and look at a job. We give quotes for labor only. We will assist you in picking the right paints and ordering.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out and meet with you, take pictures of the project, discuss paint and any minor repairs that may need to be done and a start date. I usually will contact you that evening with a quote. Normally I only quote labor with recommendations on paint and supplies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18 years. Started as a helper and learned on the job.
