It gives me great pleasure to write this review on the behalf of Edward. I am so please with Edward work on my deck. This morning I just marveled at the work he did on my deck. What I appreciated most was he arrived at my home Wednesday 5/31, I was skeptical at first but he took the time to explain the process, and recommendation for treatment and staining of my deck. I was so impressed he exudes a level of knowledge and expertise that simply inspired my trust. I watched in awe (when he did not know I was watching) no spraying machine to apply stain and finish he hand painted. I was so satisfied with the outcome. Best Deck Restoration came out to do a free estimate. He made me feel calm about the whole process. I chose my color, and it came out exactly as I thought. After I did my deck I will keep on doing it with him as it starts to weather over time! What a great service!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I run a 10% discount for all new customers. I also price match. If you bring me the work, I will price match, and add 5% off on top of that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy transparency. I talk through the process and let the customer make the decision. I am there to guide and give advice. I like to work with the customer to understand their budget and needs, and work it out specifically for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Background on large ships wood/teak projects. Varnishing and staining.
