- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to get as many details as possible. For instance ceiling heights, ceiling access, type of ladder needed and as much input as possible to be able to give a fair and accurate estimate the first time without unforeseen surprises. My fees are very competitive in the industry due to low overhead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take the customer under my wing and get as much information from them up front so they will be comfortable about prices, trust, quality workmanship and reliability. Repeat business is important to me and I like to build work relationships with new and former customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a four year technical degree in electrical/electronics as well as a license with the state of Georgia. Very mechanically inclined with vast handyman skills. Telephone and fiber optic certifications along with computer certifications.Plumbing experience also.
