What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
From May to July every year we offer discounts on mulch and Pinestraw. Typically, Pinestraw is $8.50/bale and mulch is $110/yard. During these months Pinestraw is $8/bale and mulch is $100/yard. Ask us about our Military/Teacher/Nurse, and first responder discounts as well!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At E&E, when a customer reaches out or is a new lead we talk with them about their property and can usually get a quote to the over the phone after obtaining the customers address and looking up the properties measurements. We only offer weekly maintenance contracts, either 36 weeks, or 51 weeks for customers that would like year round maintenance. After an estimate is provided and both parties agree on terms, a contract is sent via email for the customer to look over. As of billing, customers are charged on the 1st of each month for the entire months work. We do require a card on file that will be charged automatically. Please do not stress, we use Squares platform as it is 100% safe and a well known company. Once the contract is signed, the customer is placed on schedule. From there, sit back, relax, and we will handle everything else!
