We'll schedule a quick call to learn about a property owner's needs and goals, and we'll propose a plan for leasing and management services. We then like to meet at the property with the owner to gather details for creating a rental price assessment. Following that, we'll provide a property management agreement and then take the next steps for getting the property listed to rent or for taking on a tenant in place.
