- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently, we were called to look at a roofing leak repair. We were the seventh roofing contractor to look at the leak repair. The customer had already paid three other contractors to fix the leak repair, with no results. We properly completed the leak repair at a very reasonable rate and have been called by the customer on two different occasions, thanking us for the servie that we had performed.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research, check references, proof of license, insurance, bond, etc. Any contractor can tell you that they are licensed/insured/bonded but that does not mean they actually are. How long a company has been in business, in your area, also means a lot.
