The owner is very professional and listens to all your requests, which results in a high level of quality work. I can't say anything bad about this company.

In 2024, my wife noticed a leak in one of our children's bedrooms which prompted me to call a roofer. I had remembered speaking with John in 2023 about a potential job back then because I thought I had roof damage as I was seeing pieces of our shingles in our lawn. Unfortunately, I had went with another roofer that failed to help get us an approval on an insurance claim because he didn't have adequate data to prove there was actual data. I reached out to John and he inspected the roof, confirmed wind damage, and put a temporary boot to eliminate the leak while I worked with the insurance company on a claim. John also had storm data to prove times when storm winds reached a certain speed in our area and come to find out, my shingles were rated for max winds of 60 MPH. We had winds as high as 90 MPH. John sat down with us and explained the process, gave us time to pick out the architectural shingles, and set our expectations. He even took care of the leak stain in the bedroom, and stayed in constant communications with us. Once we got the approval, John's crew was out there to get the job done within a day. He used his drone to show me the completed work, explained everything thoroughly, and we were good to go. He also took steps to provide documentation to the insurance company in hopes they would lower my insurance now that we have shingles with a much higher max winds rating. Southern Skies Roofing really took care of us and I would recommend them to anyone looking for roof work.

Absolutely the most professional and wonderful service I have received from any roofing company. Southern Skies Roofing helped me out where everybody else couldn't or wouldn't!John Lindberg and crew at Southern Skies Roofing went out of their way to take a soffit vent repair job that was very specific.Nobody other than Southern Skies Roofing, seemed to want to do a proper repair. Most vendors not even knowing how to do the repair, much less properly.John's communication was extremely effective, punctual and they were more than competitive price-wise $$$. The job was done very quick, and with the highest level of professionalism and satisfaction.I would highly, highly, highly, recommend them to anybody who is looking for any type of roofing or roofing services!John Lindberg personally assisted me throughout the process. They communicated with me through every step of the way. His professionalism went way beyond our expectations.I normally don't leave reviews, but really felt that other people should know about the positive experience I had with them. I would definitely recommend Southern Skies Roofing. Not only were they professional, timely, and knowledgeable, but they also made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me. After the work was completed, they showed me step by step what had been done.

One of the most pleasant experiences I have had with dealing with in handling a stressful home repair. John and his crew went above and beyond in keeping me feeling like I was in the loop. I was out of town and John kept me up to date on the progress. I was able to get to the site the next day and was able to meet some of the installers. All were friendly and professional.
