I received a move in cleaning for my 3 story town home. Pro serve did a great job with cleaning the home and left it clean and smelling great. The communication, service, and customer service was top tier which is something I always look for. I look forward to working with them again for a more routine cleaning service.

We’re extremely happy with the service. Makia was professional, organized, and very thorough. Everything was cleaned exactly as discussed and the house looked great when they finished. You can tell they take pride in their work. We’ll definitely continue with regular service.

This was a hard review to write. Unfortunately, I did not receive a satisfactory deep clean from ProServe Cleaning Solutions. Although, Makia was somewhat on time- she cleaned and cleaned for hours- but it was still not clean. She said that she scrubbed, but when I went after her, I easily wiped down doors. I had to point out baseboards (she blamed hat on her help) that needed to be cleaned; I had to ask for blinds to be cleaned. Initially they were not done. Ceilings in the kitchen - not cleaned. Backsplash- not cleaned. Makia also said that she would clean walls (per her policy) but when I showed her a video of a dirty wall - she chopped that up to an error made in her policy paperwork. I have had quite a bit of good luck with Thumbtack providers, but this time. Not so lucky. Nice girl, just not up to standard. Would not recommend for a deep clean. This could have easily been rectified with a follow up visit, but Makia chose to not put forth customer satisfaction. A key tenant in business.

I want to be clear and fair here. I showed up, cleaned for several hours, and addressed the areas discussed during the appointment. You reviewed the work while I was there, and no additional concerns were raised within the 24-hour window outlined in the agreement you read and approved. When concerns were brought up days later, I followed the same policy I apply to every client. Holding to an agreed standard isn’t a lack of care—it’s how I run my business consistently and responsibly. I stand by the work completed and the terms that were agreed to. Also coming back to your home to do extra work just for you. I don’t appreciate the lies but I wish you well and lots of luck on that home.
