Quang was great at explaining the details and getting the job done right. We decided that the best approach was to replace the whole 20 year old garage door cause one of the panels is bowing due to a metal support breaking, wheels are greased with a thick residue, hinges creak, popping noise when the door opens/closes. $800 for the whole thing (550 door/250 labor) in about 2 hours.
