It I could rate this company 6 stars I would . I hired him ( 1 man team) and he went right to work in the same day and got everything done to my property I asked. He went over and beyond with quality, responsiveness, value, and integrity. His priceless are unmatched I will definitely be hiring 1207 contracting again in the near future . My paint and floors look amazing !!! He even went and got the material for the entire project that took a week. I appreciate the work and punctuality because it’s hard finding good work from contractors honestly thanks!

Everything was perfect! His prices are so reasonable, he’s punctual and does amazing, professional work. He cleaned up after him self which means a lot to me. Hire him…. He can do anything. Roy is a multifaceted contractor who does superb work with a high degree of professionalism and quality. He’s completed a number of projects for me, 2 of the biggest being the outdoor shed, where he built the foundation as well as assembled the shed. He also installed the tile back splash in my kitchen.
