It I could rate this company 6 stars I would . I hired him ( 1 man team) and he went right to work in the same day and got everything done to my property I asked. He went over and beyond with quality, responsiveness, value, and integrity. His priceless are unmatched I will definitely be hiring 1207 contracting again in the near future . My paint and floors look amazing !!! He even went and got the material for the entire project that took a week. I appreciate the work and punctuality because it’s hard finding good work from contractors honestly thanks!
