We had scheduled a time for an estimate and if we agreed on the price, Jose said he would come back the next day to complete the project. Jose was on time we agreed on and he even waited for me while I finished up a meeting. He looked at the project, took some measurements and gave me a price. It was a little out of my budget, but we were able to work on a price that worked with the both of us. After agreeing on a price, he said he would be able to do the job that same day if I was available. He had to go get some supplies and I had an appointment, but we agreed on a time when it would work for us. He came back with everything he needed and was exactly on time. Throughout the work, he was very careful, he communicated very well and even cleaned everything up at the end! We already got a few other estimates and will definitely be calling him back for other projects.

Awful experience. Came into my house after agreeing to a price. Re-evaluated and asked for a new price, which I negotiated for a $20 difference. To my amazement, he left without saying a word. Seems he wasn't at my house to come do the job in the first place. Something feels suspicious and I will update once I review my security camera footage.
