- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training/education was received from my grandmother that wash her dishes with just a little bleach to her dish water and how taught me how wash clothes by hand. In this day and age that is a complete lost art.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I kind fall in to this work while being a bartender, at the end of the night once all the customers are gone the staff is responsible for cleaning the bar, wiping the counters and tables washing glasses.. etc. knowing that hundreds of people maybe have just frequented the establishment through cleaning must be done for all of sake. Those late night bar cleaning birth my love for sanitation.
