He took the time to clearly explain the issue and walked us through the replacement process for our hot water heater, which we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend DKC for your plumbing needs. He provided same-day service, communicated clearly, and answered all of my questions. He was professional, punctual, and thorough. Most importantly he took time to show me the root cause of the issue and explain why it was happening. Rather than offering a quick fix he delivered a true solution. I would definitely use his services again in the future

It’s good to work with professionals. Today DKC Plumbing came out to replace old toilets. Darnell came on time very polite and professional. He walked me through what he would be doing and went to work. Fast and efficiently. He educated me on some things to help keep me informed as a customer. I would hands down use this company again.
