It’s good to work with professionals. Today DKC Plumbing came out to replace old toilets. Darnell came on time very polite and professional. He walked me through what he would be doing and went to work. Fast and efficiently. He educated me on some things to help keep me informed as a customer. I would hands down use this company again. Great price and great customer service. Thank you .

Great experience. They were quick to respond and come out to give a quote. Price was fair and was extremely happy with the results. We needed to move a pipe from the middle of the dinning area to create an open floor plan. They delivered!

I reached out to DKC Plumbing on Friday night, 6/27/25, regarding two toilet issues—both were leaking water between the toilet bowls and seats. Darnell responded promptly through the Thumbtack platform and scheduled a visit for Saturday, 6/28/25, after 5 PM. He showed up on time and was extremely professional from start to finish.

Darnell carefully inspected both toilets and clearly explained the issues. He gave me two options: repair or replace both toilets. I appreciated that he didn’t pressure me into either decision but simply laid out the facts and let me decide. While repairs would have cost less, I considered the age of the toilets and ultimately chose to replace them.

Darnell was patient as I made my decision. Once I made my decision, he asked about my toilet seat preference before heading out to pick up the new units. He communicated clearly throughout the process, worked efficiently, cleaned up after himself, and delivered top-notch service.

I’m very pleased with the entire experience and would absolutely hire DKC Plumbing again. Highly recommend!
