Highly recommend. Very prompt and honest and the work came out great. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive and his work product was very good. He cleaned roof and pressure washed entire property including patio, sidewalks, driveway and walkway. Eventually also asked him to seal my pavers and that was done well also.

Yanis was an awesome guy. I provided him my address and he responded with a quote immediately. It is a reasonable price. He came at agreed time and finished the job fast. In addition, he washed a few places of the wall for $50. Overall, i am very happy with his work.

I was hesitant about working with someone I didn't know or that was not recommended by someone that I know, wow, I'm so glad I did... Yanis arrived on time, is very professional, did an outstanding job, and the price was unbeatable. My roof, driveway, & sidewalk were left pristine!!! I have never (not even when I first bought the house) seen the property look so clean. Needless to say, I highly recommend Yanis.

Our pricing averages .10 cents per square foot but we do offer specials on larger areas,we find your homes square footage on google earth to help.
