I reached out to Junior on Sunday about a framing job for a 10x14 ft metal shed that I had assembled and wanted to get reinforced for stability. Within a few hours he had called me, we talked about the project, I sent him some pictures of what I had in mind, and he gave me a very reasonable quote. He maintained good communication letting me know when he could come by to do the job. By Thursday the job was complete within 4 hours. He brought a guy with him (I didn't get his name) but he also did great work alongside Junior. He completed the ramp (and some of the framing), shaved down the frame so my door could open more smoothly, and even added some extra gravel that I had laying around under the ramp for drainage! I did call Junior right after they left (he picked right up) and asked why there's not base board along the back of the shed like there is at the sides, I also asked why no horizontal boards were ran along in between the verticals like in the various pictures I sent him. He explained that they weren't needed and did a test of it's sturdiness. I also pushed along the sides and the shed didn't budge, so I'm confident it'll withstand high winds and the elements even without the baseboard and horizontal boards. My only "critiques" are I did find a few cigarette butts around the job site which I'm not a huge fan of because I don't smoke and already deal with a great deal of litter from the busy street. There was a small ding/hole in the plastic flooring of the shed after they completed the job, which was not there before. Additionally, there were excess pieces of wood left under the ramp that don't appear to be stabilization pieces. Lastly, I'm not sure why they only did a trim piece on one side of the ramp. None of these are major issues or deal breakers for me and are things I can tackle/fix myself but they are things to note to keep full transparency. Overall, I'm happy with their work and would use them again. Come to find out they also do tree removal and fencing (and many other tasks) which I'll be getting quotes for once I'm ready to tackle those projects.
