- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Just finished School in 2010 to become a Cerified Chef and I like to watch cooking shows.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ive always liked to work with flowers and have a natural talent for designing, and as for cooking I love to cook, creating new dishes, teasing the pallet, and seeing our customer faces when they first taste the dish and love it. Set ups I like to make this look beautiful.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
When we do set-ups I provide my chafers without any charge to my customer.
