- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge approximately $1 per gallon on aquarium services. This includes water change, aquarium cleaning and filter pad replacement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to find out what kind of animals are kept and what the customers ultimate goal is by hiring us and then we like to make it happen for them.
