Wide Open Land Surveying performs many services such as boundary surveys, property line staking, FEMA Elevation Certificates, and building permits site plans for our residential clients. We also perform ALTA Land Title surveys, As-built surveys, topography surveys, and construction staking for our commercial clients.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are many land surveyors out there. I would suggest doing some research before deciding on which one to use. Just because you found one with a low price doesn't mean it is the one you should choose. Sometimes low price means less quality. Your property is your biggest investment, so finding a land surveyor to do quality work should be very important to you.
