He was very professional and really completed the survey on time. He answered all our questions and gave the plot map, stakes with all the exact details which we were looking for. We had a bad experience with other land surveyor which our HOA hired who was not willing to give a legal survey document for the stakes he marked on our property.Jeremy was very professional in doing his job and pleasant to deal with. I will recommend him to my friends for sure in future.Mar 5, 2015Verified

Jeremy staked out our land and provided us with a plat. He was quick to respond, professional and very thorough.Mar 31, 2015Verified
Jeremy responded to my Thumbtack request within minutes. After other responses, Jeremy was quick to provide an extremely competative quote based on the services requested. Within just a couple of days, he was able to survey, post markers and provide a detailed plat which was used to address encroachment issues from the neighbors. If I ever need to have a survey again, Wide Open Land Surveying will be my first call.Jan 4, 2015Verified
Mr. Shirey provided very personal, and professional, service. The job was completed on time, and was reasonably priced. As a real estate agent at a larege brokerage, I will be recommending Wide Open Land Surveying to my colleagues.Dec 19, 2014Verified
- What types of customers have you worked with?Wide Open Land Surveying performs many services such as boundary surveys, property line staking, FEMA Elevation Certificates, and building permits site plans for our residential clients. We also perform ALTA Land Title surveys, As-built surveys, topography surveys, and construction staking for our commercial clients.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? There are many land surveyors out there. I would suggest doing some research before deciding on which one to use. Just because you found one with a low price doesn't mean it is the one you should choose. Sometimes low price means less quality. Your property is your biggest investment, so finding a land surveyor to do quality work should be very important to you.
