They had an opportunity to get a better review but just didn't perform. They damaged my new driveway, mailbox and gate post, along with leaving a lot of debris from my two neighbors in my front yard. They did not accept responsibility.
Additionally, they offered a discount off the total price if two my neighbors had service at the same time, which they did.
When I went to pay the invoice less the discount, I was told the total price already included the discount due to limitations in his accounting software.

I had a fantastic experience with Monster Tree Service of Peachtree. After a storm damaged a tree in my backyard, I called them and was impressed by their quick response. They came out the same day to assess the damage and provided a clear, professional estimate by email. Once I approved it, their crew arrived the next morning right on time.
The team was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. They kept me informed throughout the process, asked for my input on key decisions, and showed great respect for my property. In just about four hours, the job was done—and done very well. I received the invoice later that day and had no hesitation paying it immediately.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. My appointment was canceled not once but three separate times. This significantly delayed a project I’m working on at my home. While I understand that issues and delays can happen, the lack of communication was the most disappointing part.
Each time, I had to be the one to reach out and find out there was a delay. There was no proactive communication or follow-up from their team. As a customer, that’s not acceptable, especially when you’re relying on a service to stay on schedule.
At the end of the day, I’m paying for a service, and I expect reliability and basic communication. It shouldn’t be my responsibility to chase down updates or guess when or if the work will happen. Unfortunately, this experience made it clear that this company cannot be depended on.

Very professional team, quick response, great clean up. We had 2 trees removed prior to putting up a fence and were on a tight schedule.
