FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are pricing are fair and not to high for the amount of knowledge and years of experience we have . Obviously it won’t be handy man pricing because we are extremely professional plumbers that know the business in and out for a long time following all city codes and insuring the best work every single time , every single home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure they know what they are paying for so it’s not just another job they have to pay for. Creating a bond and a understanding of what we have to do and how long our work will last them vs how long it would last if they went with a handyman that “ knows “ plumbing
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated Atlanta technical college in plumbing and pipe lifting technologies. Plus I started plumbing when I was 15 years old so I had more than enough hands on experience.
