He initially came out and completed some plumbing finishes. We had a scheduled date to resume work, but despite promising to return on three separate occasions, he has not shown up or responded to any calls or texts. I’ve already paid him 80% of the agreed amount, and now I’m left in a difficult position, as another plumber will need to come in and address additional issues. Please proceed with caution—this individual has put me in a very unfortunate situation.
