It took four plumbers to complete the job.
• The first plumber dry-fitted some of the parts, then abandoned the project.
• The second plumber looked at what the first had done, took the installation booklet, and never came back.
• The third plumber never showed up.
• The fourth plumber arrived, assessed the mess left by the others, and did a great job sorting everything out and completing the installation. He was professional and intelligent.
