I am giving this lawn service 2 stars. He cut my grass twice which was a pretty good job however, he never showed back up to cut the grass the third time. I reached out to him and ask why he did not show up. He explained that he was having problem with his equipment and would come out the next day. He never showed up the next day. When I reached out again, he never returned my call or text. I understand that things come up however communicating with your client is very important. Not reliable and does not communicate.
