In addition to Carlos with A Super Carpet Cleaning responding to my initial request immediately, he and his partner arrived on time and did excellent work stretching my carpet which was long overdue. They made it look great again and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I really liked the price, and I appreciated the fact that he didn't try to sell me an additional service that I didn't really need after I asked about it.

I had the pleasure of hiring Carlos and his wife for my carpet cleaning needs. They are so professional and honest. There was a odor in one of the rooms from a pet accident. Carlos assessed the carpet and reassured me that he would be able to help remove the odor and get my carpet back looking new. Carlos and his wife were able to resolve the odor, stretch the carpet, and clean the carpet. He did exactly what he said he would do when he assessed my carpets. I would definitely hire them again.

Carlos arrived on time, was communicative before and during the job, and did great work. The carpet in 3 rooms were buckling. Carlos, working solo, was able to stretch out the carpets and reset things to remove the buckling. The carpets look solid. I would recommend Carlos for any carpet job needs, and will be sure to work with Carlos again if needed

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The longer the stain material remains in the carpet the higher the chance or permanent color change, at time pets urine on the carpet and this results in bad odor especially when it is and humid. Imnediatly treat the stain material as soon as possible will help reduce the chances of permanent color change. Aritificial food coloring stains are generally considered permanent stains (kook-Aid, Gatorade, Listerine, soda etc) Don't worry we can remove all kind
