He was very responsive. He tried to troubleshoot the our existing thermostat but it was dead. So he installed a new thermostat and was done in about 30 minutes.

Ali came out and worked on my thermostat and furnace. Had to come back 3 different times for the same problem. Never fixed it so I called Casteel. Connor with Casteel came out fixed it within 30 minutes. Casteel found out it was still under warranty. The Casteel stickers were on the unit. Connor at Casteel will not rip you off. Go there!
