This was the best investment using Provin USA. They were so responsive and clearly detailed the process. Manny was friendly and so knowledgeable about the countertops. The whole process was done in a timely manner. They removed our old countertops and installed our beautiful new countertops. I will definitely be using this company again in the near future.
I am writing this a little late, because the work was fine in January. This was a really great experience. The team was very professional and experienced. I had my kitchen countertop done, and it's beautiful. They were so helpful and patient helping to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. You rarely get such good service these days.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive with pricing. The driving factor in the price is dependent upon the material that is chosen, the availability is what determines the price. The more abundant the stone, the lower in price, which is generally where you find your Group 1 & 2 stones.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Pick your stone.
Either online to get an idea on colors and types of material of to a stone importer. (recommended) Seeing a stone in person is far better than trying to pick it out online.
2) Get some rough measurements and look at what the job will entail.
3) Email a quote
4) Make a visit with the stone fabricator to get precise measurements and collect the deposit for the stone.
5) Schedule an installation date. (after we get the material usually under a week)
6) Installation and collection of remaining balance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Interior decorator for 20 plus years & 11 years in the stone industry, so vast knowledge of any natural stone or quartz products on the market today.
