- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for decorating garments can be exceptionally complex because there are so many factors involved in the process. Throw in all the different decorating techniques available to us, and that just makes things more complex! Embroidery, Screen-Printing, Sublimation, Embossing, Ink-Transfers, Applied Vinyl, Rhinestones, Laser-Etching, etc. all have their own pricing structures and options. Volume discounts also apply as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly learning about new products, decorating techniques, and updating software to bring the most powerful decorating projects to life! We are a member of the National Network of Embroidery Professionals (NNEP).
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most commonly requested jobs include embroidered shirts, jackets and headwear, along with screen-printed tees.
