- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first intake is a phone call, we ask about the party theme and number of children. We try to dress up according to the party theme, just to blend into it, and make our approach more friendly. Knowing what the event will be about is our first concern. Understanding if it's meant for a small birthday party, a charity event or even a big fair, makes a difference on our team-work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in early child education, and language tutoring.
