- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are final sale, we have memberships for more affordable pricing for clients who are more consistent or we have a flat fee for those who come occasionally.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon meeting, we dive into the consultation, then scheduling a service or starting the service depending on what service is being rendered. After that, we complete the service and pre book for a follow up appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an after studies educator. I teach beauty students how to properly apply lash extensions as well how to leverage their business by the use of upselling.
