We had old Christmas green carpet that was super gross in the house we purchased. Ben and Viktor worked in tandem with scheduling to beautify and update our old stairs and added stunning hardwood in place of the carpet. Everyone at Your Floor was a pleasure to work with! We couldn't be happier and are still amazed at the transformation!

The work done was great. I had to have them move the time of start by a couple of days due to the painters and they accommodated that. The work was done on time and with good quality. The seaming in of the new hardwoods in the M. Bedroom to the hallway that already had hardwoods was excellent! I would recommend this company and I would hire them again if I had any more work to be done. The neighbor saw the work and has now asked for a quote for them to do their house.

If I could give 10 Stars I would! From the consultation with free quote to the finished product, I was beyond impressed. Ben came out and matched the current floors, asked me a few questions to understand my needs, took measurements, and within a day or so the job started. The contractors were extremely professional and skilled might I add with the work they did. I even changed my mind at the end of the job to switch to carpet in one of the rooms. Ben came back out took measurements and within a few days, that job was finished. If you are looking for excellent customer service, amazing work, professionalism, and great pricing, Your Floors is the company to choose!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recommend to start off with a conversation or virtual estimation. Once we establish our company is a good fit for your project we recommend to move forward to a in-home estimate to get exact numbers and discuss in details the project that you are looking to tackle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company and technicians are certified in water mitigation & restoration through IIRCC and have attended a number of NWFA courses as part of their continuing education.
