Work was accomplished on the same day as I requested. The tech was knowledgeable, he explained to me what was going on, made suggestions for further repairs. He worked quickly put extra effort into being sure the door was balanced. Took measurements for what will be our next purchase with the garage door so the file is set up and ready to go. I was very impressed.

As a first time home buyer, I was really scared with my first repair that needed to be made. Liberty made this repair with the garage door bracket not being bolted into the door a breeze. I will definitely recommend them in the future! Repair came early in the morning and was done in 40 minutes, now I can use my garage door without causing anymore future damage.

I cannot express enough how much this company deserves more than 5 stars. Having previously had a door put in by another company that turned out to be a cheap quality door I was hesitant to use someone else again as my previous company went out of business and would not respond. Total opposite experience with Liberty Garage Door Services. The entire time from beginning to end there was constant communcation , even on a holiday and evenings when I had some questions! Quality work,showed up on time, provided all warranty details in writing and everyone was very very professional yet friendly. I would NOT use anyone else other than Liberty Garage Door (Craig and Jesse) for any door repair or replacement you need or have! A+++++++ 10 Stars! Did an excellent job with installation of 2 garage doors and even matched a price when a quote came in significantly lower. However, they could have done a better job with clean up. Left broken glass, screws, washers and debris in the driveway related to removal of the previous doors. I ended up with a screw in the tire of two vehicles the following day. Thankfully they could be repaired but what a huge inconvenience.
