- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with an initial conversation to understand the customer’s needs and ideas. I then visit the property, take measurements, and discuss design options and materials. After that, I provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once the project begins, I keep open communication throughout the process until final walkthrough and completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience in home remodeling and construction. I’ve worked extensively with kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, and general renovations, learning best practices, building standards, and attention to detail through real-world projects.
