I messaged Christian and he was at my house a couple of hours later. He cleaned my gutters and downspouts, but also let me know what the problems were that were causing the backups. He offered solutions for the future to keep it from happening again, but was not pushy about committing to anything today. Will definitely be using him for our gutter needs in the future due to the flawless experience.
