- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes there is a standard price for Gutter cleaning only, all other jobs must be quoted (which is free). Gutter cleaning Pricing based on building height, as well as square footage. If you would like your gutters cleaned by hand and bagged with the debris hauled off. there is a 60% upcharge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like think customer service is the best way to go. combined with quality of work in order to ensure returning business!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I like to educate my customers on the jobs that I do so they can fully understand the scope of work. Often times a customer can find me doodling a picture for them so I can visually represent how things work and why something needs replaced or repaired!
