Everything generally went fine with one exception. The installers tossed a lot of the trash that was in the gutters, up on to the roof. They claimed it would just blow of or wash down off the roof next time it rains. Well it sure has, and that trash has now washed back down on the gutters and has clogged the screens. This causes a major concern - why have them if they are going to get clogged up themselves anytime something falls on them? I will be calling them back to come clean up what they left behind because as of now, water is just running right over the tops of the gutters and is hitting the ground rendering the whole reason to have gotten them useless.

Hi Eric, we appreciate your review and insight on the project. We do offer free service calls for any issues you're having. All you have to do is call us and let us know, that way we can solve the issue and you are not unhappy. Our gutter guards will eliminate debris in the gutter as well as allow leaves/debris to wash and blow off. It seems like the clump of trash they left is obviously stuck for some reason. Which, we do apologize, they should never have left in on the roof in the first place. I did go ahead and create a service ticket for you so that we can come fix the issue. We will be giving you a call. Again, thanks for choosing us and also making us aware of the situation: this is how we get better and improve so we truly do appreciate it

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are currently offering 20% off all installs. All year round we offer an additional senior citizen, military, and law enforcement discounts. We're a family owned company and our price for product is unmatchable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a free estimate to come take a look at the house. If you like our price, we will then schedule a date for installation. When installation is complete, THEN you pay. We do not accept any money until the job is complete and you are satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years experience between our owners. 100+ years between all our managers.
