- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Steps for working with customers. We go out to customer's home and get measurements of the home. We help customer learn about the types of gutter products, that will best fit their home. Quote is sent out to customer. We help customer pick out what color gutter they want, and we pick a date for the job to be started on. Monterrey Peaks orders material. All jobs are completed within the same day.
