What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free estimate and inspect the customer house. We start with what the customer asked for. Afterwards we give our quote with our recommendations. We explain throughly our reasoning and then follow with how the work will be performed as to give the customer the most information possible to make their choice. We always give our quotes with no pressure and allow our customer to take time to make their decisions as we understand a customer home is one of their greatest assets.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience in the industry and have completed courses such as Gaf certification,leaffilter certification, various other courses that allow me to know how to properly install our products to manufacture specs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad worked in construction and would take me on the weekends. That allowed me ro gain experience at an early age and as i grew i was able to use those experiences to branch off and start my own company. Extremely grateful for him.
