- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and I’m always transparent about what’s included. Each package covers a set number of looks, edited photos and a full gallery of photos to choose from. Physical copies are available for purchase through my site if desired. A deposit secures your session and I sometimes run seasonal specials. My goal is to make sure you know exactly what you’re getting, with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a conversation about your vision. What the photos are for, the mood you’re going for and any inspiration you have. From there, I’ll help guide you with location ideas (if not in studio), wardrobe suggestions and posing tips. During the shoot, I keep the energy relaxed and fun, giving direction while still letting natural moments happen. Afterward, I deliver a full gallery and provide retouched edits of your favorites.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lot of my foundation comes from self-study and hands-on experience, starting with film photography as a kid and continuing into digital photography as an adult. Over time, I’ve trained myself in lighting, editing, and composition through courses, workshops, and consistent practice. More importantly, I’ve learned how to connect with people so they feel comfortable in front of the camera—that’s something no textbook can teach.
