- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts comes with biweekly cleanings customers can get a 10 percent discount for reoccurring biweekly cleanings on the second cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process with working with new customers is if its a one time cleaning it will be set at regular pricing. New customers who needs weekly to biweekly cleaning will get the 10 percent discount on the first cleaning. If the new customers have certain cleaning solutions that they will prefer for me to use The can put that in the description and I can purchase it myself they don't have to come out the pocket for that. My goal is to get customers and keep customers what ever they need I will provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years of residential and commercial cleanings. I also have experience in carpet, upholstery, tile and grout cleaning but I'm not providing that service. I also cleaned 16 to 20 hotel rooms for 2 years straight and maintained a 95 percent or better on the cleanliness. Never had any complaints.
