Being able to reach out to others in the community and help them solve their security needs as an independent business not a massive corporation. Everyday we work with a range of clients from homeowners to small businesses and large corporations. Each project and location has it's own unique needs and challenges. Helping out clients figure out the best way to protect your location or helping a client configure an awesome home theater system and seeing their enticement afterwards is a great reward.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to talk to the customer, usually over the phone to determine the clients project needs. From there a site inspection will be set-up if needed and a quote provided. During the quoting process addtional information will be presented to the customer such as product specs, refrences and insurance. Once the customer has approved the work we request a deposit to schedule and order equipment. Once the equipment has arrived the project will begin and is usually completed in 1-3 days depending on size and scope and final payment will be invoiced or collected.

18 years of on the job training along with courses offered through suppliers.

Each job is different and every job has many components so the price is never a one size fits all. We are very budge concise though and take our clients needs into consideration at all times.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After 10 years of installing alarms systems and low voltage wiring CFA's owner, Nate, opened his own operation in 2007.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
There are many. Over the last several years CFA's client portfolio has expanded to include names like Hilton, Sonic Drive-thru. Show Shoe and many wonderful residential clients. It's impossible to isolate just one project as a favorite. Most projects are completed in 1-2 days. Time is important and respect our clients and installers time which keeps projects running smooth and completed quickly.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions and make sure you feel comfortable with the company providing the work. Asking for references and verifying insurance, licenses and other important information will help you weed out the good from the bad.

Having an idea of your must have needs and budget before a project helps everyone.
