- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Effective 10/5, all confirmed jobs, require a non-refundable deposit in the amount of %40 of the quoted price. This goes towards the cost of the job. The balance is due upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have confirmed the job, you will be given the link to my website for you to book the agreed upon date and time. You will receive an email confirmation with the booking details. 24 hours prior the appointment, you will receive a call from me to discuss any questions you may have and if there are any additional services requested. You will also receive an email with the COVID-19 screening questions. If the answers are all no, we will proceed following the CDC guidelines. If yes, we will discuss further. A walkthrough is done when I arrive to asses the work that needs to be done at which point you will advise what (if any) is trash. Then I get to work! Once completed, a final walkthrough is completed to ensure nothing was missed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I self educate myself using credible sources on harmful chemicals and their affect on our bodies. I’ve researched, and tested, the positive affects the use of essential oils have. Like reducing anxiety, getting a good nights rest, to name a couple.
