- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The discounts I offer is sometimes I provide gifts to my valued customers by giving a free oven cleaning, free fridge cleaning and even laundry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process after I reach out is I send out a scale from 1 to 10 to measure the level of uncleanliness of the area and based of that I provide my prices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of experience working for a cleaning company where they provided training in regard to cleaning chemicals, thus I always provide the best products for your home.
