Please beware when dealing with this company - Fredy Herrera also known as Jonathan Cardona took money for a few projects from me, has not completed my projects and does not respond to any calls or messages. I hired this contractor to do work for me in my house (massive project). He took payments for several jobs including concrete work, fixing a drain, completing fencing. He did a lit bit of work for the concrete job and then ghosted me. After 7 weeks of him not showing up to finish the job, I had to hire another contractor to complete the concrete work, the drain line and fence work. This project cost me several thousands of dollars extra since I already paid Fredy Herrera/Jonathan Cardona to do the work. In addition, he was supposed to finish the work inside my house which he started and has completely abandoned (windows, blinds, etc.). I normally do not write negative reviews but I’ve had the worst experience of my wife with this person so I am compelled to write this review to prevent others from experiencing the same situation. I also had recommended him to my friends and unfortunately all of them have had a terrible experience with him. He starts a project but he never finishes the project. At several points during the process, several of the people he hired came to me and asked me to pay them directly. They told me to be careful with him as he taken off before in the past and not paid some of the people that worked for him. I should have listened to them.

Every job is different there is never a accurate price until the job is seen and even sometimes during a job extra work sometimes has to be done so there is never a upfront accurate price . We do give our stander prices with sqft and picture of work
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To provide all my experience and knowledge to the customer and make sure that they are extremely satisfied during and after the job is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been project manger for more than 6 years and have work 15 crews every single day
