Introduction

We started out as a landscaping company over five years ago, but we quickly started growing into much more. Our clients would ask “hey man, I know y’all do landscaping but do you think you can help me fix this or can you guys do this for me?” We would say sure. We would help out whenever we could and we would do whatever we can. With me being a welder and fabricator for over twenty years the transition wasn’t to hard. I already knew a ton of skilled laborers in all kinds of fields. I always knew a guy, or had a guy for about everything. We that being said, we all decided to work with each other and help each other out with jobs and side gigs. This lead from being a landscaping company to a remodeling company. Now we have subs for all exterior and interior remodeling needs. We have guys for roofing, gutters, siding, painting, fencing, flooring, kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We offer free inspections, estimates and consultation.

We had a small flooring job and they responded and completed the work within 24hours. Chad was easy to work with and he sent someone who knew what they were doing. I did not have that confidence with the others who bid the job. He could tell the job was a little bigger than I thought it was and he was right. The price fit the job for the amount of hours and skill it required.

Disappointed, hired he and his team to do some work in preparation to me selling my home. Hired to stain the deck, power wash the house, deck and driveway and paint the exterior and interior (touch up). He confirmed he could do the job set a price and said he would get materials. Day before arrival he called to confirm I got the materials. I told him no he said he would get them. I unseeded up saying hey maybe there was a miscommunication but I don’t have paint etc. whoa I hired I thought I was pretty clear on me being limited on time but hey things happen. They also agreed maybe there was miscommunication and said he would pick up the stain and paint. (Red flag one). I sent them the color option I wanted it close to and he said no problem. They confirmed they got the stain and paint. I confirmed it was stain because the sample they showed said semi gloss he said no no it’s stain. I said ok no problem. They came and instead of doing a test session did a very large portion of the railing to show me. I said that doesn’t look right it looks like paint. He said no no it’s stain. He sent me the receipt t that said ext. paint. I told him such and he said no no it’s just in the receipt. (Red flag two) at this point I should have called for a second opion but with pics around the corner I felt I was stuck with the guy I hired. They finish the jobs etc. they leave the cans and I check and confirm it’s paint not stain. In the process they also killed almost every plant in my mulched planter area included my wife’s tomato plants. They were suppose to come back and paint the interiors and he offered me $200 off the interior paint job. I asked for a partial refund for the staining job since they blatantly lied and tried to take advantage plus the refund for The paint material. He ghosted me. No refund no nothing. I’m so tired of contractors like this. If he was a professional as he states he would know that he painted the deck. So either he doesn’t know what he’s doing or didn’t care and tried to get over on me. I would love to get my money back in some form, but also I just want to give others a heads up about possible outcomes when working with this guy. (He doesn’t do the work he hires subs but then blames them or the guy at Home Depot for giving them the wrong material).

Chad and his team were very quick in responding to my inquiry. Set up an appointment and they were out doing the job the next day. They took care of my property and sent pictures at the end to confirm. The whole process was easy. I will be using them again.
